TTLA Announces Outstanding Trial Lawyer of 2016 Award Recipient Attorney Randall L. Kinnard

The Tennessee Association for Justice, now known as the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, named Nashville attorney Randall L. Kinnard, the recipient of the TTLA Trial Lawyer of the Year Award for 2016 at its Annual Convention in San Destin, Florida recently.  The award recognizes a trial lawyer who has served as an advocate for a noble cause during the past year. The recipient of this award demonstrated superior skills achieving an outstanding result for a client against great obstacles.

As a seasoned Nashville personal injury and medical malpractice attorney, Randall l. Kinnard is a highly respected legal professional. He has been recognized by countless organizations and publications for his exceptional skills both in and out of the courtroom. He fights for the maximum value of his clients’ personal injury cases. Randy Kinnard is a past president of TAJ/TTLA and is one of only two Tennessee lawyers that have been selected as members of the national honor organization, the Inner Circle of Advocates.

Mr. Kinnard emphasizes two things in this practice: competence and respect.  He has started various initiatives that highlight the importance of respect for everyone in all situations. Randy founded the law firm of Kinnard, Clayton & Beveridge in Nashville nearly 30 years ago.  His firm stresses the importance of serving  clients with a personalized approach.

Prior to pursuing law school, Mr. Kinnard attended West Point. He served in Vietnam with the 173rd Airborne Brigade, which equipped him for success in his legal practice. He was awarded the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, Purple Heart, Bronze Star for Valor, and Air Medal for his two tours in Vietnam.
