Summary
Session Three of the series on the shifting paradigms in the speed trial and damages looks at a new way of considering damages and talking about money. You will learn to identify the damages story in your case; use jury charges to aid in the damages presentation; understand why talking about money is so difficult and how to talk about money in jury selection, opening, with witnesses and in closing.
