Summary
The Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act enables patients to get their own medical records electronically at a low cost. This webinar will cover what the HITECH Act says, putting it into practice, and forms that will be needed.

The webinar will address ruling by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in CIOX Health, LLC v. Alex Azar, et al. issued on January 23, 2020.
