Summary
The most important part of every single trial is not the opening statement, closing argument or your expert. It is jury selection. Join Tom Girardi to discuss some new sophisticated views on reading the concealed thoughts of prospective jurors. Mr. Girardi will also discuss a couple of experts that can be used to assist.

He is the Past President of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (an organization limited to 500 lawyers in the country) and is a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates (an organization limited to 100 lawyers in the country). He is the Past National President of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been listed as one of the top 100 lawyers in California by the Daily Journal legal newspaper. He is one of four lawyers who have been listed since the list started 14 years ago. He recently was made a member of the State Bar of California’s Hall of Fame. He currently serves as a trustee appointed by the Senate to the Library of Congress. He has been named as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Lawyers in the nation by the National Law Journal 2013 and the recipient of the “Hall of Fame” Award by the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (given to the plaintiffs’ lawyer they feared the most). In April 2014, he was inducted into The American Trial Lawyers Hall of Fame. Loyola Law School awarded him the “Most Inspirational Alumnus” in 2014. He is the first trial lawyer to be appointed to the California Judicial Council, the policymaking body of the state courts; is a member of the Aspen Institute Justice Circle; and currently a Life Member of the Trial Masters.
