Summary

Every lawyer has a case where there is a very live dispute regarding the likelihood of injuries sustained in a low impact collision with little or no vehicle damage. Plaintiffs’ counsel claim injuries and defense counsel argue that injuries could not have occurred with such a relatively minor impact.

In this webinar, Dr. David Ball, Partner, Malekpour & Ball, Litigation Strategy, widely acknowledged as America's most influential and effective Trial Consultant, will discuss early case development, analysis and presentation, advocacy skills, and damages strategies. He will provide his insight into methods of explaining a difficult low impact collision case, identifying and dealing with case weaknesses, and turning case problems into strengths, so that you may get high impact results for your clients.

Ed McCarron, Hastings Boulding Correia, Consulting Engineers & Scientists will discuss the dynamics of low-speed collisions, which includes factors impacting bodily injury, data, crash tests, and studies. He will show how there is a relationship between vehicle dynamics and injury, despite the amount of property damage, or lack thereof to a vehicle.

Please note: this webinar is only available to plaintiff attorneys and their staff. Registration for the webinar certifies that the attendee only does plaintiff work. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for webinar attendance.
